The business has grown. Now it is time to check whether the way it works has grown with it.

What brought the business
this far will not be enough for the next stage.

As the business develops, more clients, people and decisions move through a system that was built along the way. At some point, working harder is no longer enough. You need to understand what is really holding the business back, change the mechanism creating the problem - and check that the change works in practice.

The stage when a business needs to change

Businesses are not worn down only by a lack of work.
They are also worn down by too much complexity.

At the beginning, it is possible to keep a lot in your head, speak with everyone and react to everything in real time. That is not necessarily a problem - sometimes it is exactly the right way to start. But as the business grows, that same flexibility begins to carry a cost.

01

More activity

More clients, suppliers, employees, tasks and decisions.

02

More dependency

Knowledge stays with specific people and everything requires coordination.

03

Less control

It becomes hard to see what is moving, what is profitable and what is about to get stuck.

04

Growth becomes overload

Demand rises, but the ability to deliver and manage does not grow with it.

The answer is not another tool, another meeting or more working hours.

The next stage begins when the business stops relying on personal effort - and starts relying on a system.

When to pause and build a foundation

The business is moving forward -
but the system is falling behind.

01

Everything goes through the owner

Decisions, questions and approvals stop with one person - even a day off feels risky.

02

There is work, but not enough control

The team is busy, but it is hard to know what is really progressing, what is profitable and where time and money are being lost.

03

Growth creates more overload

Every new client or employee adds complexity instead of entering a clear system that can be repeated.

If one of these situations feels familiar, you may not need to work more. You may need to build a better way of working.

Our approach

Before adding more -
we organise what already exists.

01

See the picture

We enter the business and learn how work really happens: the people, processes, information, friction points and what keeps returning to the owner’s desk.

02

Define the problem

We identify the significant problem worth addressing first, define what it looks like today and what we want to see change - so there is a real basis for comparison.

03

Build and implement a mechanism

We design the intervention that fits the problem and put it into practice - a process, ownership, control, a work tool, automation or a combination of them.

04

Measure and stabilise

We check what changed against the starting point, adjust where needed and make sure the business has a clear way to keep managing the issue.

The solution follows the problem

Infrastructure that connects decisions to execution.

Not a presentation left in a drawer and not a tool looking for a problem - but mechanisms built around what the business actually needs and integrated into the way its people work.

We will not add a system just because we can. First we need to understand what it is meant to solve.

01

Operations and workflows

Defining stages, ownership, handoffs and follow-up so work can move without relying on memory and firefighting.

02

Management, control and decisions

Management routines, metrics and dashboards that make it possible to understand what is happening and decide based on data.

03

Automation and work tools

Tools, integrations and automation only when they have a clear role - to reduce repetitive actions, connect information and remove unnecessary manual work.

04

Risk and business resilience

Identifying dependencies, failures and ownership gaps - and building prevention mechanisms before they become a crisis.

The first process

Start with one problem.
Address it from end to end.

Instead of trying to change the entire business at once, we identify one significant operational or managerial problem worth solving first - and support the work from understanding the current state through building, implementation and measuring the change.

What you leave with

A well-defined problemNot only the symptom you feel, but a clear definition of what is happening, where, and why it is worth addressing now.
A baseline to compare againstWe define what the problem looks like today and what we want to see change, so a feeling that things improved is not enough.
A system built inside the businessThe process, ownership, work tools, control or automation the problem requires - according to what we find.
Measurement and stabilisationWe check what changed in practice, adjust where needed and leave a clear way to keep managing the issue.
Especially suited toActive businesses with a team and complexity, where a significant problem keeps returning - or where too much of handling it still depends on the owner.
Check fit

From practice, not theory

You cannot truly understand a business only from the outside.

We enter the work itself - the people, processes, decisions and information that drive the business day to day. That is where you can see where work actually gets stuck, what creates the problem and how a change behaves when it meets reality.

We do not leave change on paper. We build it, implement it and check what happens in practice.

The people behind YESOD

Two perspectives.
One system that works.

YESOD was built from the connection between two views of a business: diagnosis, structure and risk on one side; operations, commercial thinking and measurement on the other. We work together to understand not only what needs to change, but how to turn that change into something that can be operated, measured and managed over time.

Avishag Regina Rad

Co-Founder · Diagnosis, Strategy & Business Structure

A lawyer with a commercial background and experience working alongside the management of an active business, where processes, responsibility, risk and business decisions meet. At YESOD, Avishag leads diagnosis and problem definition, translating complex situations into structures and mechanisms that can be used in practice.

Dan Gabay

Co-Founder · Operations, Commercial & Measurement

Dan brings a business and financial background and direct experience in building and operating an active service business - from pricing and sales to operations, suppliers, clients and collection. At YESOD, Dan focuses on turning a problem into a mechanism that can be operated and measured: how the work will happen, what information needs to be collected and how we will know whether something truly changed.

We do not arrive with a ready-made solution. We start with what is happening in the business, examine what truly needs to change - and only then build the mechanism that fits it.

Before we begin

Questions worth asking.

We prefer a good fit and clear expectations from the first conversation.

Is this business consulting or hands-on implementation?+

The work combines diagnosis and a clear baseline with building and implementation when the problem requires it. It does not end with a list of recommendations; we also check what changed and stabilise the new way of working.

Who is the process for?+

Active small and medium businesses with a team or regular suppliers, where recurring problems, operational complexity or owner-dependency limit progress.

What happens during the work?+

We learn how work happens today, define one significant problem and a baseline, build and implement the right intervention, and then measure and stabilise the change.

Will you replace every tool in the business?+

No. We first examine what already exists and what the team can realistically adopt. We add or replace a tool only when there is a clear business reason.

Do you work with business automation and AI for business?+

Automation and AI can be part of the solution, but they are not the starting point. We define the problem first and only then assess whether technology is the right mechanism for it.

Does YESOD provide legal services?+

No. YESOD Group provides strategy, operations and business-risk services. Legal services, if needed, are provided separately and independently.

Start with one conversation

Does the business work
too hard for the result?

In a short call, we will understand what keeps returning in the business, where it depends on you too much, and whether there is a problem suited to focused work with YESOD.
